The Immutable Law of Digital Fate All digital purchases—including in-game currency (Gems), cosmetic packs, skill resets, inventory expansions, and premium unlocks—are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed. By completing a purchase, you affirm a binding contract of power and relinquish the right to reversal. No shadow can unmake a spell once cast. 2. Exceptions for the Worthy Refunds may be granted only in rare and specific cases: Duplicate purchases caused by network desynchronization or app error.
